SHIPPING & RETURNS

SHIPPING POLICY

We use primarily FEDEX to ship from our vendors unless otherwise noted.
Please keep in mind there are delays beyond our control.  We simply can not be held responsible for delays by shipping carriers. As we go into the holiday seasons, delays are very possible.

This has been rare but if there are any damages during shipping or items lost, buyer will have to be reported directly with the shipping carrier.  Therefore, you are responsible for filing your damage items claim. We will help in anyway by providing proof of shipment and documentation if needed.

The Holiday Trading Company is NOT RESPONSIBLE for orders not delivered due to incorrect address. PLEASE make sure you address is accurate.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

All seasons items are non-returnable and non-refundable.  In the rare instance that

an item needs to be, we have a 7-day policy that the returned item MUST be in the original box and packaging and in its original condition.  To obtain return address information, please submit an email to us.
